    According to our guidelines for returns, if it is based off preferences and not the seller's fault, the customer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs in express and the product it must be shipped in unworn/exact condition as sent along with receipts, tags, and plastic bags. There will also be a deduction for shipping/handling fees ($35). Let us know if this option is desired, as it is quite a hassle shipping between SG and US. Thank you.

    We are going to note this once more for clarification of our guidelines as we provide the return address below..

    The customer is responsible of covering the return express shipping costs and the product must be shipped in unworn/exact condition as sent along with receipts, tags, and plastic bags. There will also be a deduction for shipping/handling fees ($35) from the refund.
