Seller, i’ve replied in the other inquiry but did not get your response so i’ll send again. Refer to your reply that item was sent out in Aug yet you’ve SMS me that my order was out of stock on 4 Sep.

This is our SMS correspondence that you’ve clearly mentioned that no stock on 4 Sep.

You even informed re-stock will take probably a month and I agreed to wait hence you’re holding my order.

On 14 Sep, again you advise no stock on my chosen colour and i understand and is still patient to wait further.

On 20 Sep, your update is to wait another 3 weeks. After waited more than 3 weeks, i ask if stock has arrived since still did not recieved but no further advise. Yet in the other inquiry (1st attachment) you just replied item already sent on 28/08 ?!!

Seller, I’m totally disappointed and I need my refund now because you didn’t send my item and still give a reply that doesn’t make sense. PLEASE REFUND!!
