The delivery was arranged based on your selection of date and timing when you placed your orders. Thus, customers are requested to arrange someone at home to receive the items during the time range which you have selected.
We are sorry that we only managed to call you back 2 days after your failed delivery. We enegaged external delivery company, Tidiki Express to do the home delivery. Our side was not informed about the failed delivery until we saw your Qpost and we checked with them.
We sincerely apologized for the incovenience caused and will arrange your collection on this coming Sunday at Shin Yeh Liang Court.
