Hi seller,
Please be considerate by indicating on your product page that delivery is done once only. FAILED DELIVERY MEANS SELF COLLECTION. Deliveryman calls only upon arrival & not arrange beforehand. When I did not received my items on the scheduled date, I called back the missed calls but nobody picked up. I waited for a few days before I called back & they asked me to self collect. Poor customer service.

I actually wanted to cancel it but was prohibited to do so. Should have call before delivery and not upon arrival. So ridiculous. I purposely dine out nearby so that I can rush home to collect but unfortunately my phone was switched to silent mode due to meeting earlier on. This is a hard lesson learnt.
I will collect my items from your Liang Court branch this Sunday.

The delivery was arranged based on your selection of date and timing when you placed your orders. Thus, customers are requested to arrange someone at home to receive the items during the time range which you have selected.

We are sorry that we only managed to call you back 2 days after your failed delivery. We enegaged external delivery company, Tidiki Express to do the home delivery. Our side was not informed about the failed delivery until we saw your Qpost and we checked with them.

We sincerely apologized for the incovenience caused and will arrange your collection on this coming Sunday at Shin Yeh Liang Court.

self collection will only be available from next monday onwards.
This is can cook in steamboat however it is recommended to pan-fry it as it is gyoza.
You may consider purchasing pork and cabbage dumpling instead as it is more suitable for steamboat.

I saw your E-Voucher at qoo10. Actually i wanted to send this as a gift to a friend but if i get your
E-Voucher through qoo10 i must indicate the date and time before purchase. So to ask here
whether you have this service that i can make a payment to you first and you send me a E-Voucher
so when i want to use this voucher as delivery i will call early beforehand for your availability.
