    1. Any changes to the delivery address, please contact us at least 3 working days before the delivery date that you have chosen previously.
    2. Delivery fee is charged once the purchase (per cart) does not exceed $80. No delivery fee will be refunded if customers wish to combine their purchases from 2 carts into 1 delivery.
    3. Customers have to ensure someone will be available to receive the items and store it in freezer immediately. There will be no second delivery and customers are required to collect from our designated outlets after arrangement.

    I tried that twice before I wrote in. Deleting all items and adding in, choosing seller delivery on same day but still have delivery charge. Now I noticed that one of the items is out of stock

    When I tried with QX delivery, there is no delivery charge with the same items but their delivery slot is more than a week later which is too late for me.

    Attached is an image which shows where the shipping rate section is. Customer is required to select Seller Delivery under the shipping rate section, for all the items they would like to purchase.

    We have personally tried on our side and it seems to be working fine. If the above still doesn't help, do you mind listing out all the items which you have added into cart, so we could try on our side again?

    Finally got free delivery when I retry today with the same items.. Have entered my order. However, the bbq pork bun price has increased and the delivery day pushed back by anotherday

    You just have to choose the same preferred delivery timing for all the items you have added into cart. Once your purchase exceeds $80, the delivery charge will be waived off.
