    As we traced , you parcel is still on Customs Clearance status. China Post generally will take about 10-20 work days or more(in busy time) to arrive to you after shipping date. We are sorry for making you worry about it. And we will continue to trace and check the parcel .

    Hi! It is already more than 20 days since the day you reply saying my parcel is at custom Clarence status. May I know when can I receive my parcel?
    Dear customer,
    Like you ,we are also worried about the parcel these days. As we traced the parcel on Chinapost website, its status is still Departure from outward office of exchange , but while we trace it on Singpost, there is still no records.So the parcel is still in the customs waiting for clearance. And we ask Chinapost to trace and check several times , they still said the parcel is still in the customs waiting for clearance , but not be lost.
    We also don't want to see such a situation like this. But things have been so , what we can do is saying sorry to you and hoping to get your forgiveness.
