Hi, I ordered my items on 11-11-2017 and read other 'Q&A's where seller said they had mailed out items on 27-11-2017. I have not received the Wonder Essence to date, even though most others seem to have received it one or two weeks before. Where is it now? If my item has not been mailed out, kindly cancel my order and refund me ASAP. Thank you.

Dear seller, I placed 2 orders 2-3 days apart. I received my first order, 2 x wonder essence first. Had to wait 3-4 weeks for the 2nd order, a wonder essence and a moisturizer. I clicked received but I wasn't around to see the contents.
The 2nd parcel had contain both my first order and 2nd order, i.e. 3 wonder essence and 1 moisturizer. I think you were overwhelmed by the 11.11 sale and got your packing wrong? Please advise when and how you would like to pick up the 2 extra bottles of wonder essence.

Hi, can I use yuripibu toner, Wonder essence and artichoke power essence together?

Dear customer, yes you may. Do use Wonder Essence before Yuri Pibu artichoke power toner as it should be taken as a first treatment tonic rather than an essence when paired with a thicker toner like Artichoke toner.

Hi I ordered simplistic begin cleanser on Nov 12. Received on nov 21. To my surprise, the expiry date is on 2018.05.12!!???
Which means it's going to expire in 5 months? How come you send us items that was manufactured on 2016.05.12? And I'm currently still using my existing cleanser which is quite new.How can I finish this new cleanser under 5 months? I have ready already attach the expiry date photo as per requested. But up till now, still didn't receive any update from you. Can u pls advise asap?
