Item arrived in good time. Technical support by UNBLOCK Tech China help desk commendable. Set-top box working fine. Most of the apps were not installed but its quite easy to set up. It took me a while to set it up. The remote response of box is good. No batteries included with the product. Courier should let the customer know a time frame when delivery will be made.more review

Answer: Hi, the channel streaming server is provided by Unblock Hong Kong server. From our experioence the local channels do not stream well, so its still advised to use your digital set-top box to receive local channels. There are also some channels that do not stream well or cannot be streamed at all but is a small number. Unfortunately we are unable to control it.
