Qxpress mail is mail with tracking number. Takes 3 to 5 working days (exclude weekend) from shipped out date. Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. Redelivery will be arranged by Qxpress if you are not in at the time of delivery. However, we will not be able to instruct Qxpress with regards to your preferred day and time of delivery. Please communicate to the delivery personal when they call you. We highly recommend to use Qxpress as we did experience lost parcel sent by unregistered SingPost mail. Due to festive season, delivery time might take longer than usual.

Normal SingPost Mail is unregistered mail. No tracking is available. Takes 3 to 10 working days (exclude weekend) from shipped out date. Your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox. We will not be responsible for lost of mail. We highly recommend to use Qxpress as we did experience lost parcel sent by unregistered SingPost mail. Due to festive season, delivery time might take longer than usual. Please note that we are unable to control the time and date of delivery as it all depends on the competency of SingPost.

Hi,. Can your universal adapter use in China? See my photo attached for the plug use in China, one type is 2 metal pin and the other type is 3 metal pin.

Yes, can be used in china. We have used before. The 2 pins can be used for the 3 pins socket too
