    Hi Seller,
    Thank you for the delivery of my 2 luggages today.
    However, my order of G Pro Titans Siberian Steel 28' has a small hole in the compartment of the luggage. I would appreciate if you could arrange for an exchange, in good condition of the same model and same colour. The order no is 306661715. In the meantime, I had taken a picture of the defects, I can wats app to your hp for your confirmation purposes. Yesterday, I had placed an order of G Pro Phantom colour, 28 , I hope you can make a check on the condition before the delivery to avoid exchange again. Sorry to say, but last year I bought 3 pieces of V2 Edge series, one of the luggages were not in good condition too. Thank you for your kind attention. I will write a review when everything is in order. Thank you.

    Hi Customer, usually for 20 inches, most luggage do not come with weight indicator as the 20 inches are carry on. our 24 inch and 28 inch G PRO collections do comes with weight indicator and the handle will have a red indicator once it reach 20 kg. For G PRO 20 inch only, it comes with a USB port that you can charge your handphone or electronics. We have very good reviews for our G PRO because of the value added features. Double coil security zippers, flexi pull system handle, double wheel system. TSA lock.
