    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Exchange/Return of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item only.

    The free keyboard protector is given out according to the model that you have selected but in random colours. The add-on keyboard protector selection is additional keyboard protector that you can purchase in the exact colour that you want.

    If you do purchase an add-on keyboard protector, you are still entitled to a free keyboard protector with your purchase. So you get one that you purchased, and one free random colour keyboard protector.

    If you do not want an additional keyboard protector and do not mind a free keyboard protector in random colour selection, you can select None in the option.

    I just receive my macbook last night

    Hi Gerine, thank you for your update. From the Model Number of your MacBook (A1708), your MacBook is the New Pro 13 without TouchBar.

    The casing will be unable to fit your MacBook as you have wrongly purchased a Pro 13 with Retina Display Casing (Retina 13) for your New Pro 13 without TouchBar (please see attached).

    While we normally do not provide exchanges due to wrong purchases, we may consider if the product is still in sealed, unopened and unused conditions.

    If the vacuum seal on the casing has not been removed, please attach a picture of the casing to demonstrate that it is still in sealed, unopened and unused conditions.

    We have noted that the product has removed from its original packaging. As your item is already unsealed and opened, it is no longer in a resalable condition to warrant for an exchange. Hence, we apologise that we will be unable to offer you an exchange for your wrong purchase.

    We could suggest that you may consider putting the casing onto secondhand platforms, such as Carousell to reduce losses due to your wrong purchase.
