Question & Answer

-Please log in into your buyer account under "MyQoo10" > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select "Cart No." > Select "Return" or "Exchange" under 'Apply & Remark' refund.

-We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.


-If you still did not receive the item after order status have been changed to "Delivered", please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days.

-We will check over the matter from our end.

-Upon valid, you can inform whether you would like us to re-send to you the item or proceed for refund.


Submission of claims
-Any return or exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

Any shortage of item or wrong item received
-Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package and picture of orders with delivery information
-Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

Defective item issue
-Provide picture of the defective area of the received item.
-Replacement will be of same item, unless out of stock.

* It isn’t necessary to buy a new envelope from the post office! You can reuse the bag your item(s) arrived in. Don’t worry if you’ve already thrown it away. Simply use any plastic bag or old envelope as long as it is properly wrapped up and securely taped.
* Avoid the queue at the post office by buying your stamps at any of the SAM machines deployed island-wide at HDB heartlands, MRT stations, shopping malls as well as some selected private condominiums. Once your parcel is ready, you can drop it into any mailing box.


Unless stock is unavailable, parcels are despatched for delivery within 24 hours of ordering. There are no deliveries on the weekend.
Delivery via Singpost normal or registered mail takes 2 - 3 working days and TAQBIN, 1 - 2 working days.
Postal Delays: Singpost sometimes delivers parcels one month after the shipping date. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status. For customers whose parcels have not arrived 1 week after the shipping date, we would advise them to wait another 3 weeks (or 4 weeks in total for local deliveries; 6 weeks for overseas orders). If the parcels do not turn up a month later, please email the cart/order number and query to
Lost mail: We strongly advise customers to select registered mail or TAQBIN courier. We are not responsible for lost items sent by normal mail.


While we try to list the measurements of all items as accurately as possible, please allow a tolerance of at least +/- 3cm.

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.


Please allow a slight difference in the actual colours. They are generally slightly darker due to the screen light, resolution or lighting at time of digital photography.


To avoid sending the wrong item to you, we would prefer that you cancel your order and re-order again asap. As your order has not been confirmed by us, you can still cancel this order. Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note i have wash the cardigan but not the stain is still there.

I understand purchase on line might have risk, maybe on the size or material, but definately not dirty.

The cardigan received was dirty, anyway to return and exchange for new.
