    How does Singpost SmartPac work?

    This is a local trackable postal service by Singpost with no monetary compensation if lost.

    QiFa strongly advocates customers to use Qxpress.

    Tracking is available when delivery is in progress.

    Postman delivers SmartPac to buyer's unit. (Please note postman does not wait long outside the door because he has a lot to carry and deliver.) If unsuccessful, postman will deliver to letterbox. Redelivery service is unavailable.

    If buyer's letterbox is full or package cannot fit into letterbox, buyer have to collect from the nearest post office with their IC.

    Delivery is within 2-3 working days after Singpost receives the package.

    We provide normal mail as it is the most economical mode of delivery. We deliver honest deals and provide all customers with a proof of send out.

    We no longer receive returned mails as we believe Singpost discards undelivered packages regardless of our return address.

    Please note we are unable to guarantee successful delivery for normal mails because these are manually sorted and delivered by postman to your mailboxes. We are unable to trace and advise status of delayed or lost packages or prevent damages or wrong deliveries by postman. In the unfortunate event of lost or damaged mails, we do not accept non-receipt claims, refunds or re-sends.

    We strongly encourage you to use Qxpress courier services.

    Where is my normal mail?

    No kidding, this happened! https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/singpost-fires-postman-who-threw-away-mail-9947834 Singpost places priority on express & registered mails. If more residents choose these, normal mail will be delayed. Standard mails are flat letters in paper envelopes. Normal mails from QiFa are treated as non-standard mails by Singpost and are manually sorted. This may take up to 7 working days to be delivered. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded as these are postman non-working days. The following may occur during delivery: Package did not fit letterbox n postman tried to deliver to doorstep but no answer, Letterbox was full during time of delivery, Postman delivered to doorstep but forgot to give advice slip for collection, Postman delivered to wrong letterbox / house. Please bring your NRIC and enquire directly at the post office nearest to your home. Postman has to follow Singpost SOP and cannot leave parcel in riser. Thank you!
