* It isn’t necessary to buy a new envelope from the post office! You can reuse the bag your item(s) arrived in. Don’t worry if you’ve already thrown it away. Simply use any plastic bag or old envelope as long as it is properly wrapped up and securely taped.* Avoid the queue at the post office by buying your stamps at any of the SAM machines deployed island-wide at HDB heartlands, MRT stations, shopping malls as well as some selected private condominiums. Once your parcel is ready, you can drop it into any mailing box.

Seller did not check that address was complete before sending out as i had forgotten to change address so seller say need to wait for return mail.I had wrote in the next day to change address but items already sent out.Waited for their required 1 mth yet still told to wait as seller not willing to admit their fault.After abt 2 months plus i had to call and ask again.Was told need to buy more items to the same value then can get the items.So their statement that say can request for cancellation and refund is not true at all.Bought more items so can get all the previous ones together yet need to wait again for them to 'find' the items.All in all drag almost 4 mths.Very very angry and disappointed.Had supported this seller very much but now i thk its enough.more review

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.
Please allow a slight difference in the actual colours. They are generally slightly darker due to the screen light, resolution or lighting at time of digital photography.

Moreover the owl is not centralise. As compare to the picture shown on you Web page, the Web page dress is much better than the real dress I receive.Can I have an exchange?
