    Mailing of items ( Out of stock/Preorder items/Lost /Damage)

    Dear customers:
    Once the items are low in stock, we will be mailing after new stock arrive.
    Please email us if you wish to change your order , if not your order will be only ready for mailing after all arrive.

    If you have choose normal mailing, we will decide to release the instock or informming by SMSs to let you know. which is call seperate mailing .

    If you have choose register mailing , we will gather all stock before mailing out .


    All items will be bubble wrap, unless customer was told not to do so.

    We will not responislbe for all lost, damage by 3rd person ( singpost or others ) .
    As we have checking everything is fine before mailing.

    If items happen to get damage before mailing, SMSs will be inform to affected customers and delay of mailing will be informed.

    There is no exchange of damamge item due to these reason

    Now is Festive period and Singpost might took longer timing for mailing delivery.

    We cant control over it ( as there are customer email us telling the customer service of q0010 that Singpost belong to us and q0010 want us to provide the evidence of it to prove we hold Singpost ( which is no true ) and hence hope all pucchase to be make and opt for Registered mailing to avoid unhappiness over non-receipt of parcels on time and giving us " not recomanded" Or " Netural " late delivery where it is not our fault at all. Normal mailing -- Delivery by singpost and will be the same as how you receive your normal bills.

    Mailing could took up to a month to reach as per our past experience and do not cream at us that your parcel did not reach on time .

    As you have agreed and understand and hence you have chosen normal .

    Regstered mailing will be delivery upon and traceable. For customer , select register mailing will be on time

    When can I receive my parcel dispatched by Qxpress?

    You will be able to see your tracking number after Qxpress have updated the tracking. We do not handle the deliveries. They are the ones who update the tracking number and status. Usually it takes 2~3 working days after dispatched. Qxpress doesn't provide specific time delivery. You may try contact them via E-mail: info@qxpress.sg, / Tel: +65-6434-8400.

    Can you deliver a specific timing?

    Dear Customer, Sorry for any inconvenience. We do not handle the deliveries. The courier (Qxpress, SingPost Registered Mail) delivers on their time schedule. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee the timing and the memo will be ignored by the courier as they will not deliver on the timing you requested.     Please see the photo we have attachment. And we will send out another essage of the parcel photo.

    The items was send out on 6 May 2012.
    due to you have place in the ordering at late night.

    There is a public hoilday on the last Sat and Sun Singpost are closed. Please wait patiently for the items to be delivery by normal.

    The address stated on the package are the same as given by you.
    It just return back to us , just do not know what happen.

    It is not our fault or your fault. But we suggested that you might have to do self pick up becasue if remailing you have to pay another postage charges.
