    Our record shows that item was shipped on 31/10/2018, which means the item has been handed over to a third-party courier service on that day.

    As the item is big and bulky, the delivery man will usually contact the customer before attempting for delivery to prevent a wasted trip in case recipient is not around.

    Hence, we would like to request that,

    1. As the delivery man will call or sms you before delivery, please ensure that you pick up their calls or acknowledge their messages.

    2. Ensure that both delivery address and contact number given on the Qoo10 system is correct.

    Note that they won't attempt to deliver the item at your doorstep if they are unable to contact or reach you via phone.

    Weird, guardhouse also never received. Who did the delivery person passed the item to?

    Item has been delivered to the guardhouse as per your instructions. The recipient has acknowledge receipt of the items with signature on our system. Just like other delivery companies, we do not keep a record of who we passed the item to.

    We have spoken to the delivery team to find out more about this case.

    The response from them were that the 4 bags of Bean Bag Refill were passed to a Malay security guard. At first, the security guard argued that it is not his job to accept or receive parcels on resident's behalf. However when the delivery team showed him the request you put on the Qoo10 system (deliver to guardhouse), he finally accepted the delivery and signed off.

    According to the delivery team, the item was passed to him outside the guardhouse and he did not carry the item into the guard house. It seemed like he carried the item to somewhere else.

    The delivery team described him as Skinny, Middle-aged and slightly balding. According to the delivery team, the place where the delivery took place should be within the guard house CCTV zone. You can request to view the CCTV at the guard house.

    That's all the information we have.
