    If you choose【Singpost Normal Mail 】to deliver your item, post man will NOT call you on delivery, they just drop your parcel into your mailbox, if your address is incorrect or insufficient, you will not receive it, so please leave correct & sufficient address especially your UNIT NUMBER (for example: #14-76) when placing your order, so that mailman can find your mailbox.

    【Qxpress】will call you on delivery and obtain your signature of receipt. All your parcels are safe from missing.

    Yes I have, please see previous exchange. As I have explained earlier, I have followed the proper instructions to pair both earbuds. They are paired, but one earbud does not work. Can you please either refund me or exchange the item please? My first message to you was within the one week warranty. Thank you.

The right earbud when switched on and connected makes a very loud rustling noise which is audible even when it is not in my ear.
