    Please take note seller will not be responsible for any lost mail if you choose normal mail during any purchase of our items. We have provided the option of registered mailing which is strongly encourage for buyer to use this.

    If you cannot take the risk of having lost normal mail, please use registered mail or DO NOT PURCHASE from us. Our normal mail option is for mature and responsible buyers.

    Normally we will post orders within 1-2 days after payment is made, hence there will not be any delays from our end. We will take a photo of the mail proof before posting out, this will ensure and confirm all items are mail out from our end. Singpost will usually deliver normal mail in 4 to 6 working days (exclude Sat Sun and Holidays) after receiving our post. However, we have seen many cases where normal mail get delay up to 3-4 weeks before customer receives their parcel (even Singpost cannot explain why) Because normal mail is non trackable.

    Why Normal mail are so slow,have to wait up to 3 weeks?

    Dear Customer please take note that Normal mail have to wait up to 3 weeks because Singapore have inform us that 1) they don't work on Saturday , Sunday and public holiday 2) in the event if the pick up truck is too full, they will pick up the item the next pick up time which is the next day 3) there is a reason why Singpost ask for extra money for AM mail, Smart pac and registered mail because they will sent out those mail 1st, follow by they will sent out letter ( cause letter normally belong to company or government who will sue them for late delivery. Lastly is normal mail parcel which is us 4) Singpost will pass the items to the auntie or uncle that will do the sending on bicycle , walking or car and if that day , there is so much letter and registered mail , am mail , smart pac in that area you stay, you will have more delay cause the number of worker they have is fixed so we must understand that for the best price, you have to wait .

    What happen if my order is damaged or lost, if I choose shipping by Singpost normal mail?

    We understand your concern, however we will not be liable for any order damaged or lost if customers choose shipping via Singpost normal mail. Although this is the most affordable shipping option, however it does not have any tracking number attached, in the unlikely event of lost mail. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to choose shipping options with tracking number attached (eg. Qxpress, TAQBIN, Singpost Registered Mail). Again, we will not be liable for any order damaged or lost if customers choose shipping via Singpost normal mail.
