We are hereby to update you that SG Japan will not accept expired vouchers.
If you are unable to redeem on time, you should immediately send us an "Inquiry to seller" through Qpost with your Order No. and e-ticket/voucher codes (13 digits) to let us redeem in advance for you. Hence, you will get an extension of 1 week collection period starting from the expiry date stated on your e-tickets/vouchers.
We highly recommend that you check your email occasionally when your e-ticket/voucher is 1 week away from expired. Sometimes shop is closed due to outdoor activities and may happen to clash with your intended redemption day. Our closure notification will be sent out via email. In this case, please send us your 13 digit codes and order no. to get extension.
