    Dear Valued Customers,

    No redemption available on public holiday as shop is closed. Hence, please avoid coming down.

    If you have any e-tickets/vouchers expire on these dates, please immediately send us "your order nummber" & "e-ticket code(13 digits)" by messaging us through Qoo10. You will get an extension of 1 week collection time starting from the stated expiry date on your vouchers.

    NO Acceptance of Expired e-tickets/Vouchers

    We are hereby to update you that SG Japan will not accept expired vouchers.

    If you are unable to redeem on time, you should immediately send us an "Inquiry to seller" through Qpost with your Order No. and e-ticket/voucher codes (13 digits) to let us redeem in advance for you. Hence, you will get an extension of 1 week collection period starting from the expiry date stated on your e-tickets/vouchers.

    We highly recommend that you check your email occasionally when your e-ticket/voucher is 1 week away from expired. Sometimes shop is closed due to outdoor activities and may happen to clash with your intended redemption day. Our closure notification will be sent out via email. In this case, please send us your 13 digit codes and order no. to get extension.

    I cannot find my e-ticket/voucher code. How?

    4 ways to get e-ticket/voucher code: 1. Using Qoo10 app > Click on Q Box > Recent Orders. Scroll down to look for your orders with us. > Select "Visit Seller's Store" next to the order. Here you will find e-ticket code and its expiry date stated. 2. Use of computer > Login to your account > Click on your username which is next to the log out button. View of your current and history shopping lists are shown. > Select "Visit Seller's Store" next to the order that you have made with us. There will be a pop-out of your voucher in .pdf file which you can print it out. Expiry date is stated there too. 3. Email >Vouchers are sent to your email registered with Qoo10 when sign-up an account. 4. SMS > e-ticket/voucher codes are immediately sent to your mobile phone's SMS application once the payment has passed through successfully. However, we do not recommend to redeem by showing us the SMS due to no order number is shown.

Next time if you are unable to redeem on time, you may drop us a message with your Order No. and e-ticket codes (13 digits) to let us redeem in advance for you. Hence, you will get an extension of 1 week collection period starting from the expiry date stated on your e-tickets/vouchers.
