Item came within a week. Good buy for the price. But ordered silicon casing and didn't come. Seller did not inform. Had to wait for me to contact them before I know that it was out of stock.

Not Recommend BAD SERVICE FROM THIS SELLER

First time buying from this seller from Q10SG and the experience dealing with them was very bad. Had order 3 items, the 20000mah power bank, blue silicone case and the travel mesh pouch in navy blue. Item was mailed out quite fast but didn't managed to received the travel mesh pouch. So I email the seller and inform them about that and they told me it was OOS but it wasn't stated when I was ordering. I was told to wait till 29th Jan 2018 till it have stocks but then after 29 Jan, there was no response from them so I email them regarding about the stock status. Subsequently the replies from them was updating me about the blue silicone case instead of the travel mesh pouch case. Have repeated my enquires ample times but response was all the wrong update of the item. Tried my best to repeat the same question to the seller and yet they didn't response at all till I keep asking and getting more angry. Tried to call the store pickup but couldn't get to speak to the seller directly too. Didn't request for a refund as I had hope they will send me mine travel mesh pouch, but seller settle on his/her side by refunding me without telling me. It was the first time that I encounter such a bad service from seller online. Going ahead without asking the buyer. Therefore buy at your own risk . Have uploaded the conversation too.more review
