Hi Concept Store, just got the Awei 920BL yesterday and tried to connect / pair to iPhone but unable to.

thank you for your inquiry. First, you must hold the button down for 5 to 6 seconds till you see a red and blue light blinking simultaneously to detect the bluetooth.

Hi, I brought my earphone in Jan 2018. I have charge it overnight and the light was blue but I can’t turn it on. It is still within 6 months warrenty. How do I change or repair it?
