Hi
There is a problem with the water boiler. After the water boils, I poured some into a cup and put it back but it immediately starts to boil again. It keeps on repeating to boil whenever the kettle is put back onto the base. This is dangerous, is there any way to exchange? The boiler seems to be faulty

Order number 229774836, as mentioned earlier; the water boiler is faulty. The kettle just DOES NOT boil when we touch on the ‘boil button’ and it keeps boiling even after the water has been boiled when left at the base. Please advise how do we return the item for exchange. Thank you
