    For the shipping delay due to CNY 2018, kindly take note item will be send out latest by 20th of Feb 2018

    FROM 2018 FEB onward, for the shipping via SINGPOST NORMAL MAILt, we strong suggest that buyer not to choose SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL as if the item is lose or missing during the delivery, we will not do ANY refund or replacement.

    For the cancel/refund/repair, within the warranty period we will do the cover and the return shipping will fully bare by us if is the devices issue, shipping will bare by the buyer if the buyer change of mind of purchase

    Repair of the devices you can visit our singapore office, within 7 days policy we will do the 1 to1 replacemet/exchange/refund, within the purchased warranty period we will COVER the charger of the repair device only, out of the warranty period we will not cover anything of the devices

    FYI Notice: To all the Apple Buyer

    Kindly take note all US/Japanese/ European version of Apple users do not upgrade the system Brush system do not change the SIM card.

    (Apple released the new system closed the mobile Unicom 4G and they officially closed the iOS 10.3.3 and iOS11 Brush verification)

    iOS10. 3.3 was no longer available for the upgrade or downgrade, if you upgrade to 11.0.0 that’s no way for you to do downgrade All 9 or 10 system do not upgrade, once the system was been upgrade, you may not able to do the phone activation or the phone screen may not be sensitive, fingerprint may not be working normally, 3G services may not be found, 4G is totally can not be use. As the 11 system was designed to iPhone 8 and iPhone 8Plus!

    For customer who had been upgrade to IOS 11.0.0 as the customer have the issue from above, we are not able to cover the warranty, as all our devices send out was IOS 9 or 10.
