    I will have to make a trip down to do the exchange for the faulty item u sent us.

    i am sick at the moment and unable to go down.
    Will most likely go next week.

    Please inform your staff to exchange a new 1 for me and not make me wait for 3 days for you guys to check and then make a trip down again to collect. Basically the touch screen is not even responding out-of-the-box.
