    Hi seller, we have 2 sets of this same headphone n received them on the same day. The other one tested was ok but the other 1 which i mentioned earlier still cant work. We realised that the one that cant work, when we start charging, instead of staying red color while charging and turns blue after fully charge of minimum 3hrs, it changes to blue within 3 seconds... however, I continue to charge for 3hrs. But after 3 hrs cant work, I charge for another 2hrs still cant work, totally no power when we stop charging. It only works (can turn on for pairing) when it is charging. Please advise can you resend one as it is very disappointing to receive a spoilt one without even using it for the 1st time. If need to return the spoilt one, appreciate it that u can advise how do we go about it. If need to return, please advise postage method as I do not want to go all the way down to the service centre for something that was just bought and didnt even use it, furthermore I have a young baby with me... In addition, I need this urgently as this is meant to be Xmas present and I need to test it before giving it as Xmas present in case it doesn't work... hope u can understand... Thank you.
