For your information, there is no min or max on how many sachets you can consume in a day as it is very dependant on personal body acceptance. You can take range from 1-
6 sachets in a day.
However, we normally don't encourage customer to just blindly take too many of them. The best way is you can start with 1-2 sachet first and increase slowly as follow your body's comfortability. Just like normal foods, some people can take more while some can't take even very little of it.
