    Total purchase value over $35

    Purchase value over $35 will be auto convert to Qxpress on our end free, even if you have selected normal mailing. This is to protect any lost mail of high value items which will be bear by seller if lost mail happens.
    If you do note wish to stick with normal mailing, please indicate in memo. All lost mail will be bear by buyer in this case.

    If after receiving the parcel, there is a return/refund request due to change of mind, causing total value to be below $35, buyer will need to bear the initial Qxpress fee of $3.

    Exchange Policy

    I tired on my end there is no issues, the shipping method you confirm selected normal mailing right? If you try empty your cart, shut down the app, relauch , select normal mailing and add in again, does it work?
