Due to past abuse cases, We DO NOT accept any returns/refunds unless it is due to (1) wrong item sent; OR (2) defective item not caused by buyer. If it is damaged by buyer or abuse case, seller will not refund.
Buyer first has to msg seller and send a photo to seller. After seller confirm can accept the return, buyer has to post back item at buyer's own cost. If seller did not receive any photo and the original item, seller has the right not to refund.
We don't accept the cases below:
1) requests over 7days from receiving item
2) Items are open/used/washed/damaged by buyer
3) sending item without obtaining consent from seller.
4) Buyer is rude or uses abusive language
5) Buyer provide wrong address
6) Buyer choose wrong option (for such case, buyer has to opt for exchange)
Please do not post any P&C info such as address or contact number on FAQ as it is against Qoo10 rules. No face to face meet up for refund.
