So disappointed! I purchased the dress$16.9 + shipping fee $3 from your shop a few days ago. Why did not show ' no stock' before I paid? The next day after I paid full amount and shipping fee already, then you refund my the cost of the dress without any explanation, just a email from Palpay about 'no stock' . Never mind, then where did my $3 shipping fee gone to? I sent the enquiry to you immediately after the refund, until now no news, how can you took my shipping fee without shipping anything to me?
