Alot of people have this confuse 1st the item is like letter delivery next day recevied ! Wrong your item is a parcel or Non-Standard Mail.

2nd Singpost very efficacy i doubt they are slow or will have such a long delay or lost of mail. Wrong ! Singpost even stated they have lots of undelivered mail and stood at around 5%.

3rd many people like to use this scenario, i got buy many things at Qoo10 normal mail delivery all receveid within 3-5days but yours now over 5days still not recevied ! Its is impossible please send me the item ! Well please we don't need to hold your parcel. The delivery is all along by singpost if your parcel being delay is 1 of the few % which is why longer then usual lead time.

There is low sound emit when the vapour spray out and for delay also.

Item you sent back was test and found to be damage by essential oil or other kind of oil added inside. My colleague tried his best to blow the system or mechanism dry but still cannot work. We have explain inside the listing product item not suitable to add anything inside only pure water. And this damage is not a defect so its not cover under our warranty. Would you like your item to be sent back to you? (Postage fee cover by you). thank you

Just received the item today. Followed the instructions given and switch on the unit. The light comes on, but no water vapour is coming out of the unit.
