  • We have a 7-day exchange policy upon receipt of order by the customer. Please kindly note: 
    • - We do not accept return and refund  
    • - We accept exchanges for the following reasons only: 
      •   (i) Wrong items received
      •   (ii) Damaged / Defective items received 
    •  - We accept aforementioned exchanges under the following terms and conditions: 
      •   (i) When items are returned in original purchase condition with original packaging intact
      •   (ii) When returned items are unused and undamaged
      •   (iii) When our customer service team has been informed beforehand
    • - We reserve the right to reject any returned item(s) that do not fulfill our exchange policy
    • - A new piece of the same item will be provided in exchange and cannot be replaced with a different item 
    • - We regret to inform that we will not be providing exchanges for the following reasons:
