Q1.How can I get my order fast and safe?

We recommend self collect, or Qxpress courier delivery, normal mail may lost and it's not able to be tracked. We don't take responsibility for normal mail lost, if we have parcel photo to prove that we have sent out the item. Q2. I opt for Store-Pickup, when and where to collect?

4. How to claim warranty?

Refund/Return

  • 1. You may request to exchange or return within 7 days upon received item. If item has been opened and used, it is only applicable for exchange. Visit https://vue.sg/contact for our address and operating time.
    2. For wrong item received, please provide us photo of the parcel with delivery information and item content through email to support@cefideas.com, we will cover the shipping cost if it is our fault.
    3. For defective item received, please provide us photo or small video clip to email support@cefideas.com to report us the defective issue. If it needs to exchange, we will cover the cost.
    4. If you have change of mind and want to change model, please make sure item is in original condition. You can bring it back to our office or ship back to us on your cost, the balance of the product and the shipping fee need to be charged.
    5. For order received more than 7 days, if the product got warranty, you can bring it back within the warranty period for warranty service.
