Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Our stocks are based on first-come-first-serve basis. Placing them in cart does not reserve the stock for you. If a order is placed by another customer, they would be able to purchase it. 

Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

Shipping

  • Shipping rate: Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please refer to the individual item page.

Return / Exchange / Refund

  • Must contact EuropAce direct, we don't entertain inquiries through qoo10 portal.

  • Prior technician checking must be done before any further action.

  • Customer must bring the item to EuropAce service center @ 10 changi south street 3.
  • For aircon, washer, dryer, wine cooler, fridge and built in our service team will go down to check, the customer must make an appointment with the service team.
  • We don't accept the cases below:

    • - 1) over 7days from receiving the item
    • - 2) if items are open/used or damaged
    • - 3) sending the item without prior contact
    • - 4) Wrong purchases that don't suit customer requirement
