  • Qxpress is the recommended delivery option in our shop and we only recommend Qxpress to buyer. Because it is faster,come with insurance and tracking number.Seller will update tracking in the system once order confirm. If there are any loss/delay/damage of product in the transit, buyer are to hold Qxpress responsible. Qxpress customer service can be reached at info@qxpress.sg

    Singpost Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.However it is not trackable, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3-10 working days to deliver. BTW, seller may not provide any photo taking service before mail out, if "proof of sending" is required, please opt for Qxpress delivery instead.
    For buyer who want to use Singpost normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note that by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs.
