- Singpost Normal mail service - it came to our awareness that Singpost normal mail service getting more and more unreliable. We are getting more and more cases where customers received their parcels more than one week, and some even one month. Hence, we STRONGLY ADVOCATE you choose QXPRESS delivery for your shipping option. It gives you a peace of mind to know the location of your parcel, and need not worry when will your parcel reach you, and will it be lost etc. As none of us as buyer and seller would want our parcels to be lost also. Please note that in the event of lost mail, there will not be any non-receipt claim allowed

We did have customer encountered lost mail when using Smartpac. As per Singpost terms and condition for any lost or damage SmartPac item they can compensate maximum of 3 Smartpac box or envelope and no monetary compensation.
Hence, we STRONGLY ADVOCATE you choose QXPRESS delivery for your shipping option. It gives you a peace of mind to know the location of your parcel, and need not worry when will your parcel reach you, and will it be lost etc. As none of us as buyer and seller would want our parcels to be lost also. Please note that in the event of lost mail, there will not be any non-receipt claim allowed. - Please note that Singpost normal mail cannot be traced or tracked. We will not be liable in the event of a lost mail and there will not be any replacement or refund for the lost mail. Therefore, select Singpost normal mail option only if you are comfortable with the risk. Thank you for your kind understanding.
