EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Do contact us to let us know, we can check to confirm stocks for you.

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Do contact us and we will try to assist you as much as we can, most times due to Data Privacy Act, buyers may need to contact the courier team or the platform to find out more on your order delivery. 

Shipping

• Major Shipping company : assign by platform usually
• Usual Shipping period: 2-3 working day (non peak period), additional 5-7 days might be needed for peak periods
• Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.

Refund/Return

• If you want to get refund or return item you received, please apply on my Qoo10.

• We don't accept the cases below:

  1) over 7days from receiving item
  2) if items are open/used or damaged
  3) sending item without prior contact.
