Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it so?

A. Our items are sold on First-Come-First-Served basis. Out-of-stock items may or may not be restocked. Kindly complete the order once you add them to cart to avoid stock-outs and dissappointments.


Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. All items are sent with Singpost Registered mail and the registered article number will be provided. Kindly check from Singpost online tracking system with your tracking number. If you cannot access the online system, or did not receive your items after 7 days of receiving the tracking number, please email us at to inform us.

  • Exchanges are only allowed on items with manufacturing defects or in the unlikely event that the wrong size/colour/item is sent. If the event that no replacement items are available, refund will be given.
