Ex) Q1. I cannot find the size I want for the design I wish to purchase
A. Most of our items has only 1-2 quantity for each size due to limited stock. As clothing are seasonal, restock of the same design is usually not possible.
Most of our sizes for children clothing are up to 9 years old. If you are looking for sizes beyond, please contact us via our facebook for special order.
- EX) Q2. Can I order by telephone or e-mail?
A. If you wish to order directly from us, you may contact us via facebook.
- EX) Q3. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?
A. We do not accept any refund for any normal mail.
If you have opt for Qxpress/Smartpac and item has not arrived after few days, please key in your tracking number (emailed to you once item sent out) at Singpost.com and check your mailbox for Smartpac. For Qxpress, please check the tracking by click on your "My Qoo10" after login.
Ex) Q4. Do you do self-collection?
A. We have stop self-collection service due to increased large volume of orders. Exchange are purely based on postal service.
A. We do not accept any refund or returns, unless it is clearly seller's fault.
We are open to accept exchange on the following conditions:
1) The original item has not been used, washed and price tag remain intact.
2) Buyer is to contact us through Qoo10 or facebook within 7 days of purchase.
3) We do not accept any return or exchange for shapewear, underwear for hygiene purpose.
4) Replacement must be of equivalent or higher value, and need not be the exact same item if preferred size is not available. Any difference in price top up buyer has to bear.
5) Any Postage for return/exchange has to be borne by buyer.
6) It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure safe return of the original item in order for processing of exchange.

We don't accept the cases below:- ex1) over 7days from receiving item
- ex2) if items are open/used/washed or damaged
- ex3) sending item without prior obtaining consent from seller.
