Self-collection (1-2 days)

·         Operation hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am-12.30pm,Sunday/Public Holidays: Off

·         Please print out your voucher or provide voucher code to our staff before collection.

Others (Seller Delivery) (2-4 days)

·         This services provides by our company and we will arrange for door to door delivery with need to charge $7/per location

·         After receive customer’s order, we will call and arrange schedule for delivery

·         Please ensure that some people will at home to receive the item

Qxpress (Delivery time: 3-5 working days)

This service provides tracking number which is automatically updated in the system by Qoo10 once we have set the item as shipped out.

·         You may track the location of the item through Qxpress.

·         Should you not receive your order after 5 days, you may email Qxpress at info@qxpress.sg with your order number.

·         We strongly recommend that you choose Qxpress as your shipping provider to avoid the hassle and unnecessary trouble.

Singpost normal mail (Delivery time: 3-10 working days)

·         This shipping service does not have a tracking number and we are not able to track the location of the parcel at any given point in time.

·         We will contact/email you should we receive any return parcel from singpost for your order. .

·         We apologise that we are not able to bear any loss of parcel via normal mail as there is no tracking provided by this service.
