 Q1. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

1. Please do not panic, contact us via Qlive or Qpost, we endeavor to answer to your enquiry at our soonest. Of course, we strive not to have late deliveries. Thank you!

Shipping

• Major Shipping company : Qxpress Singapore
• Usual Shipping period: 1-2 days, 6-8 days 
• Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item depending on weight. 

Refund/Return

• If you want to get refund or return item you received, please note that we have a strict no exchange or return policy except in cases of severe flaws (which exclude minor loose threads or minor nearly unvisible stains) or wrongly delivered item.
  
  ***Should purchasers wish to exchange or return for the above 2 reasons but 7 days have lapsed from the day of receiving item, only 1/8 of the purchasing price (partial refund) is allowed. Furthermore, the return fee shall be fully borned by the purchaser.***

• We don't accept the cases below:
  • - 1) over 7days from receiving item
  • - 2) if items are open/used or damaged
  • - 3) sending item without prior contact
  • - 4) original tags are removed/thrown away
  • - 5) claims of authenticity/refurbish items
  • - 6) wrong size ordered 
  • - 7) minor flaws &/or nearly unvisible stains
