Refund/Return
- If you want to get refund or return item you received, please note that we have a strict no exchange or return policy except in cases of severe flaws (which exclude minor loose threads or minor nearly unvisible stains) or wrongly delivered item.
***Should purchasers wish to exchange or return for the above 2 reasons but 7 days have lapsed from the day of receiving item, only 1/8 of the purchasing price (partial refund) is allowed. Furthermore, the return fee shall be fully borned by the purchaser.***
