Items will be pack according to what customers ordered. Address will be sent to what you stated in the system.
If you ordered the wrong option or wish to amend any details, please cancel and place a new order.
Do not state changes in the message system as we may not read the message in time and parcel will be sent out. Any changes you may cancel the order and re-order again.
Qxpress delivery standard 2-4 work days, please do not request a certain date or time, they may not follow. If you wish to get specific day/ time slot delivery, you can drop us a message before purchase, special delivery available at double or triple delivery cost.
If our product just isn't right for you or we sent a wrong item to you, you can request a refund or exchange:
1. You return to us within 7 days from Date of Purchase. 2. Items must be return in Original Condition. Damaged item or Opened packaging will not be accepted.(Items should be unused) 3. Buyer will need to pay for return cost, Shipping fee will not be refunded. 4. Exchange/Refund will only be processed upon receiving returned items.
