Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A.Sold out items , you can pre-order with us.

A. No, 

Q3. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

Q) What if I do not get my goods after I make my bank transfer?

Bank transfers have records.
You can always make a police report if we pull a scam on you.
We would like to remind customers though, for items mailed via normal mail, there is no insurance coverage.
If the mail get lost, we do not compensate. Before we dispatch the item, we will ensure that item is of good tip top condition.

Q: What is the difference between normal postage and registered postage?

A: Normal postage do not come with a tracking number. You do not know the location of your envelope and it cannot be tracked down if envelope is lost in transient. For registered postage, your envelope will come with a tracking number which will be given at your request.
