FAQ

Q1. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I made payment?

Members who ship their orders within Singapore should expect to receive their orders within one (1) to ten (10) working days (*except for pre-order product) upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Q2. What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? ( Damaged or lost delivery)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly you can write to us via Qpost. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at w.wpteltd@gmail.com(if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

  1. In the event of damaged products received, we will require photo proof of the affected products and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at w.wpteltd@gmail.com
  2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in Qxpress and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
  3. ** IMPORTANT: By choosing NORMAL MAIL, you hereby agreed that we as a seller, do not responsible for any parcel losses nor assist on any track due to NORMAL Mail NO TRACKING provide. It is all on your own risk. For better protection, it is encouraging to use Qxpress or Registered mail for 100% safety delivery.

Refund/Return

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase eg. Show our office staff the Qoo10 order number we will check the IMEI number accordingly.
