FAQ

Q1. Are all the items listed authentic? 

A. Best Buy World takes pride in selling true and genuine products. We are a registered company in Singapore since 2007, we will not, in any way, sell fake or imitation items. All our products are sourced from the brand owners or authorized distributors.

Q2. How can I be sure that the items sold are not expired or expiring?  

A. Batch code can be found printed on all cosmetic and skincare products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product. If you wish to clarify the manufactured date of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us or visit any of the cosmetics counter available at department stores. Expiry date of product is usually three (3) years from the manufactured date. 

We do not sell expired products to our customers under any circumstances. If we have promotions to clear any expiring products, the manufacturing and best before dates will be stated clearly on our listings.

Q3. How are you able to sell your products at such a low price compared to other retailers? 

As we have direct network connection with the country of origin of the products due to our 20 years of experience in the cosmetic and beauty care industry, we are able to save and cut down on cost incurred with middlemen. We pass all our savings to our valued customers.

  • Usual Shipping period: Within 3 working days
  • Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.
  • Please note that for Singpost Normal Mail, all parcels will be delivered to the letterbox directly via Singpost. In the case of large parcel which may not fit into the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is undelivered (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail so please be advised that it is at your own risk. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED thus Delivery with TRACKING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days but minor cases delay up to 3 weeks.

CHANGE ORDER INFO

For all order info changes, customers would need to cancel and reorder, because we are unable to make any changes on our end.

Order info changes includes:
1) Change of delivery address
2) Change of items - Quantity/Type
3) If customer did not select the free gift - request to add in, we are unable to do so as well.
4) For special cases, we will be charging extra shipping fee

Refund/Return

  • Please understand that all orders are automatically received, packed, and delivered. Therefore if you have made a wrong order or would like add on another item, please cancel your order and reorder. Refunds will be initiated automatically when orders are cancelled. You may cancel your order via: [My Qoo10] > [Cancel/Refund].

  • We don't accept the cases below:

    • 1) over 7days from receiving item
    • 2) if items are open/used or damaged
    • 3) sending item without prior contact.
