FAQ

Q1. May I know if there is warranty for your products?
Answer: All our products are imported from Japan directly. Warranty are only applicable when the item is in Japan. As such, there is NO warranty on all our items. We are an importer, not the manufacturer. Please take note and buy only when you are comfortable with this.
Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive? 
Answer: Please contact us immediately so we can check for you.
Q3; What if I received the wrong item?
Answer: Please contact us immediately so we can check for you and also arrange to exchange the item. Please keep the envelope or Qxpress label etc. as we will need to provide it to Qxpress.

Shipping

  • Major Shipping company : Qxpress and Singpost
  • Usual Shipping period: We will try to ship out your order as fast as we can. If you have any enquiries or special requests, please contact us so we can check or make arrangements for you.
  • Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.

Refund/Return

  • We don't accept the cases below:

    • 1) over 7 days from receiving item
    • 2) if items are open/used or damaged
    • 3) sending item without prior contact.
