- Our fufillment warehouse operates Monday to Friday 1600hrs to 2000hrs GMT +8. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all Singapore Public Holidays.
- Our Customer Service Centre operates on Monday and Thursday (excluding Singapore Public Holidays) from 1600hrs to 2000hrs GMT +8 for returns and warranty issues. Services are strictly BY ADVANCE APPOINTMENT only.

- "JUST-IN-TIME" ComputerService.SG has a practice of "JUST-IN-TIME" inventory system for some products to keep our warehousing and operating costs low. This products are ordered from local distributors when an order is placed on Qoo10. Most shipments arrive at our fufillment facility 1-5 business days from date of payment for further processing and delivery to buyer.
- Domestic shipping within Singapore is available for most products listed at this e-shop. We ship with delivery services which include tracking numbers. Bulky and/or high value items may be delivered by Seller's in-house courier as delivery services like Qxpress & Ta-Q-Bin courier services place a limit on shipping insurance and package size.
- We typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment and order verification for most items.
- Do ensure that your shipping address includes the following: Full Name, block number, road name, unit number (if applicable), building name (if applicable) and postal code. We will NOT be responsible misplaced packages should the wrong shipping details be supplied. Images of each package are recorded down in our shipping system to avoid any misunderstandings.
- ComputerService.SG will issue Parcel Tracking Number (PTN) to the buyer once order is at our fufillment facility and being processed. It may take up to 72 hours for your PTN to reflect on the delivery company's tracking portal.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: ComputerService.SG's parcel handling liability ends when orders leave our warehouse and the shipping company takes over the parcel. We have NO CONTROL or INFORMATION over the exact date, time and location of the parcel after handover.

- After ComputerService.SG confirms your order: Refund NOT allowed.
- After product is shipped: Refund NOT allowed. Exchanges of the same item is allowed due to DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) with distributor within 14 days of shipping.
