A. No you cannot. All orders are placed online at our qoo10 store (here). Once order is received, it will be processed and delivered to you.

A. We ship all products by Registered mail or using our own company delivery personnel or 3rd party delivery personnel. The choice of delivery method is at our sole discretion.

All our products come with either 1 year local warranty or 1 year 1-to-1 exchange warranty. This local warranty complements the manufacturer's own warranty.
Local warranty DOES NOT COVER the following :
