Refund/Return/ Exchange

  • If you want to cancel order, options or amend mailing details or refund, please cancel the order before item is preparing to ship out.

  • Return/ Exchange Policy: 
    - All request to be made within 7 days from purchase, Drop us a message on Qoo10 with picture.
    -Please note that ALL measurement stated online there may be a +-1cm difference. There may be slight color difference for online pictures and physical item. these are not a valid reason for refund/cancellation. In any case if customer wish to exchange, they may do so in our warehouse. If customer do not want the item, they can return at their own cost (buyer bear the delivery fees involved)
    - An item quality base on each individual's perception. If customer do not want the item (change of mind), they can return at their own cost (buyer bear the delivery fees involved)
    - If item is damage by courier company, damage beyond repair/usage during delivery, 1-1 exchange will be provided (not valid for minor scratches)
    - If item is damage by buyer during installation/setup/usage, we do not provide exchange or refund.
    - If customer have setup/installation issue and cannot be settled by email or phone call guidance, they need to bring down item to our warehouse or pay for delivery fee to send item back.
    - In any case if customer claims that item is defective and request to send back, but when item is returned back via courier to us, we will check under cctv. if item is not defect, buyer issue (eg self setup/installation), customer need to pay for delivery fees involved be it exchange or cancellation/refund. Proof of cctv will be provided. Customer may also bring down to our warehouse directly.
    - For all above stated, If item is already installed with marks and scratches/ sign of usage, we do not provide exchange or refund.
