Shipping
• Delivery Address: Before you purchase please make sure your delivery address is complete and up to date. Please note we can only ship items to the delivery address associated with your account and you are bound by Qoo10's policies to ensure your address details are correct and up to date.• Delivery Policy: If no one is home when delivery is attempted the courier will attempt to contact you. If delivery is not completed and the item is returned to us, you, the customer, are responsible for the redelivery fee should you still want the item. The courier may contact the customer directly with text and/or e-mail updates so please make sure the phone number and/or e-mail address stored in your Qoo10 account information is up to date.
• Usual Shipping period: Within 3 working days depending on period (excluding the day of order, Sundays and PHs). For peak period/holiday seasons please allow 5 working days (excluding the day of order, Sundays and PHs).
• Shipping rate: Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.

Refund/Return
If you would like to request a refund or return item you received, please apply on my Qoo10.
Standard returns: Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or used. Fins and Paws reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed as not resalable. We cannot be held responsible for missing goods or items damaged in transit. If you prefer we can also arrange for returns to be collected by our courier, but please be aware we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be met by you, the customer. In the event of returns due to the cancellation of orders etc, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee of $3.90 and also the original delivery fee of $3.90 if the total amount spent falls below $30.00 after refund of affected items. We don't accept the cases below:
• change of mind
• over 7 days from receiving the item
• if items are opened/used or damaged
• sending items without prior contact with us
Damaged or faulty goods: Our products are of the highest quality and sold in good faith, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item, or you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item and are happy with it before assembly or use, as we are unable to accept returns for faulty items that have been assembled or used. After 7 days - within the warranty period, you may bring your item down to our service centre at 15 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #01-27 S768091 (Win 5 Building) with proof of purchase and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
