Our Story

Flips™ was created with the simple idea of bringing comfortable, eco-friendly, and good-looking flip-flops to people.

SOMETHING NEW

As two hardworking women who were constantly on our feet, we had trouble finding really comfortable and affordable flip-flops that looked great. So when the chance came, we decided to make our own line of "flips". From the very start, it was necessary to have all three components in a simple pair of flip-flops, without the astronomical prices.

We’ve had some bumps along the way, but we succeeded!  We are committed to making this promise to our customers: We go to extra lengths to make sure that every pair of Flips comes with these three guarantees every step of the way: comfortable + affordable + looks great!

As our company has matured and evolved, the Flips™ brand and range of footwear have expanded to adapt to our discerning customers’ choices. That’s why at Flips, we think it’s important for us to impact our fans and friends through our actions.

Our ‘goodness’ comes in many forms: 
• Flips™ flip-flops are made with eco-friendly, natural materials.
• Flips Bare™ covered shoes are 100% lovingly and ethically handmade using locally sourced materials.
• We promote low-waste production practices.
• Our flip-flops and handmade shoes are manufactured in small batches in Thailand. 
• Whenever possible, materials that can be recycled without compromising the quality of our footwear are recycled and reused.
• As a young company, we are proud to support the livelihoods of our dedicated and skilled craftsmen and craftswomen through our manufacturing choices. 

We hope to continue spreading our unique message and vision to the people and causes that we touch.

FAQ

Q1. Can I request for an exchange for the item I purchased if the sizing does not fit?
A. Yes of course, because our sizing and cutting may be different from other brands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy below.
 
Q2. What should I do if I don't receive my item?
A. Please contact us with your order number and inform us that your item has not arrived and we will investigate with the relevant shipping company. Please refer to the Shipping details below on standard shipping periods for different shipping companies used.
 
Q3. Are your sizes the same as other brands, smaller? Larger?
A: Our shoes, sandals and slippers are all made in Thailand. They may be sightly smaller than European or American brands, so we HIGHLY recommend checking your size from our size charts. They are provided in all our product listings. And it's important to always measure while STANDING.

  • Usual Shipping period:-
    Qxpress: 1 to 2 working days after shipping
  • While these are standard shipping periods, there are exceptions when items may get sent 1 or 2 days later than usual, due to unforseen circumstances, such as during festive periods.
  • Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.
  • We use our preferred courier Qxpress for hand delivery with signature required, to provide accountability and prevent loss of items.

  • Usual Shipping period:-
    Singpost Normal Mail: 3 to 10 working days after shipping
  • While these are standard shipping periods, there are exceptions when items may get sent 1 or 2 days later than usual, due to unforseen circumstances, such as during festive periods.
  • Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.
  • We take a photographic record of every item shipped via Singpost Normal Mail to indicate date of postage in the event of any queries.
  • We are not liable for items posted and lost via Singpost Normal Mail.  PLEASE TAKE NOTE.

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to make item exchanges, please ensure that requests and items are:
    - 1) within 7days from ORDER SHIPPED DATE
    - 2) items are in original packing, not used and not damaged
    - 3) NOT sent without prior contact with seller

  • Our general exchange guidelines are as follows:
    - 1) Contact us with Qoo10 to inform us about the exchange request
    - 2) After we have acknowledged request, please either:
          Mail item back to our collection centre OR
          Come personally to the collection centre to make the exchange
